USES
AVCEM Grout-GP is used for grouting under the following situation:-
Bolt Pockets and base plates grouting of all equipments, columns in pre-cast construction concrete, Girders, Beams, Repair &Rehabilitation of Structures.
ADVANTAGES
AVCEM Grout-GP is most economical and easy to use material requiring simple addition of water. It is easy to mix and apply with high flow characteristic rapid strength development adjustable consistency high final strength up to 40N /mm’ (28-days), does not segregate and bleed on impact, vibration resistance, non-corrosive to steel and iron„ non-toxic and safe to handle.
APPLICATION
All surfaces must be free from the loose concrete, grease and dust where AVCEM Grout-GP will be applied. The concrete surfaces should be saturated with water, ensure that no freestanding water is present on the surfaces before application. Add AVCEM Grout-GP powder to clean water in the recommended dosages.
Keep on mixing with a grout of concrete mixer till a smooth and even consistency is achieved Mixed grout should be used within 15 minutes of preparation. After the initial hardening of grout, it should be kept damp either by wet hessian cloth or with water ponding for a minimum of 7 days.
Flowable grout: 11 to 12 kg. Per 25 kg bag Grout powder (Yield)
Plastic Grout: Mix 10 to 11 kg. Per 25 kg bag Grout powder (Yield)
Placing conditions, including temperature, may have to be assessed before pouring the grout at site. Small trial batches may be tried to ascertain best working consistency.

SHELF LIFE
Six months from the date of manufacture. The material should be stored in a perfectly dry place.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
AVCEM Grout-GP is non-toxic and ingestion is to be avoided. Any splashes to the skin must be washed with water. If contact with eyes occur, wash well immediately with water and seek medical advice.
