USES
AVCEM SS-G is used for the production of high quality fast setting paver block.
It is used for the production of precast concrete like Railway sleeper; Concrete electric
Poll, Hume Pipe; Precast Slab; Precast Wall; Cover of Manhole etc.
To secure loose and fragmented rock foundation during tunnel Construction.
It is also used in Fly Ash based brick manufacturing unit for quick setting and high strength.
ADVANTAGES
AVCEM SS-G increases internal Cohesion and adhesion of concrete. Results in dust free and fair face surfaces.
As a fast setting admixture, it helps early de-moulding. It provides high strength.
Produces dense concrete and mortar. Significantly reduces the rebound loss of the mix.
APPLICATION
AVCEM SS-G normally used 0.4% to 0.8% by weight of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial mixes to establish the exact dosage rate required. It is compatible with all types of Portland cement.

SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacture. Should be stored in a dry place.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
AVCEM SS -G is non-toxic; prolonged skin contact should be avoided. Any splashes to the skin must be washed with water. If contact with eyes occur, wash well immediately with water and seek medical advice.
